This is my first Unifi Camera system I am doing, moving over from Hikvision & then some Reolink. Just would like to get some eyes on what I'm thinking. Customer is a small construction yard/office. Looking at 12 cameras, 8 out & 4 inside. This is what I've come up with, of course budget is slim lol.
Cloud Gateway Ultra UCG-Ultra
Switch Pro 24 PoE
2 - U6+ Ap's ( only 6 wifi clients including 2 IP phones)
Network Video Recorder (UNVR)
2 - 16gb drives (probably Seagate)
G5 Pro - cameras on building for view of lot (60' max distances)
G6-Pro-Bullet-B - for 2 areas that need farther view
UVC-G5-Turret-Ultra-B Indoor garage and office
Also need an outdoor camera mounted on a pole, can get power to it but will probably have to be wifi. Doesnt look like theres anything available, what do you all do in that case?
Read lots of other posts and this is what I put together based on a lot that feedback.
