So, we all know that there are people who early resign, troll etc, are sandbagging, the ones you do not want to have in your team.

Previously, the solution I received from Microsoft support was "report, block them and dodge them" when I encountered them on my team. But now, with the dodge penalty, and the fact they don't get punished, how do I avoid these players? What's the solution now?

The state of TG in what I assume is any elo bracket is horrible. This is for 15-17xx,

When will we get some love for TG?
