What kind if BS is this? The author complains about SMART not making money and costing tax payer money. Well how much money has Marin county made of off highway 101? What about Lucas Valley Road, Point Reyes–Petaluma Road, Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Nicasio Valley Road.
Aren’t trains public transit infrastructure just like how roads are? Why do trains HAVE to make money but roads don’t?
Somehow we are one of the most liberal and wealthiest counties in the nation but our public infrastructure is equivalent to that of a 3rd world country.
