Research on backing up heavy equipment

I'm a student at Cornell University, co-founder of Axis Robotics.
We are building back up cameras for heavy machinery. Could you please advise us on the following questions? I'd greatly appreciate it!
What are the heavy vehicles with the worst back-up problems/visibility issues ?
What industrial vehicles with these problems are not currently outfitted with the right technology? why?
