Recently, my computer stopped working (after working fine for weeks) and I removed the GPU to inspect. It turns out the GPU has somehow burnt on the PCI-E connector to the motherboard (motherboard also damaged but ASUS RMA has been lovely and exchanged it).

I reached out to MSI support, explained the issue to which which they said I had to reach out to the retailer to process the RMA. So I did, and the retailer told me to contact MSI support. I fed this information back to MSI support which insisted the retailer processes the RMA but the retailer insists to do it with MSI directly. So now I'm stuck, neither party wants to process my RMA and I'm stuck with a broken GPU... and on top of that, they suggested I claim back the loss from the motherboard manufacturer!

Looking for any support on this case, what's the point of warranty on the product if no one wants to honour it 🤦‍♂️
