So I live in the south east part of the USA. I have a headache that I get only during the summer and it’s every year but idk why it happens. If anyone has any ideas, I’d be grateful.

So I’ve noticed this headache occurs when the weather outside it 80 degrees or higher. It’ll happen if I’m outside working hard or outside in the shade just standing. I’ve tried drinking electrolytes before hand, I’ve tried things like liquid iv, I’ve tried not drinking any caffeine. It’s not a dehydration problem bc I drink plenty of water and Gatorade throughout the day. I’ve noticed I’ll start to get a slight headache about 2 hours after being outside and the headache will only get worse, never better until I go to sleep. I checked my blood pressure thinking that could be it but it isn’t. I appreciate any ideas yall have!
