Am I seeing things?

So I was at a local spot yesterday known as the abandoned Cresson Sanatorium and Prison in blair county PA. Its a small town gem and a place that I love with all my heart, being a local to it. There's a long history on it, it started as a taburculosis Sanatorium, then it was a state hospital for the "mentally disabled", and finally a state prison. I know a lot of people that were prison guards up there during its final days as a state prison and they've all told me crazy storys. During its taburculosis days and possibly even after that they would bury people on the property. Its said that over 10k or 20k people are buried there but nobody knows where because they were unmarked. I was up there yesterday helping them clean the property up including shingles from the roof, personal patient papers from its hospital days, and other classified documents and garbage that had been scattered from the wind. Afterwards I went and did a little exploring, ive always skipped out on building F because it always gave me a bad vibe. Building F was the childrens ward at one point and after that it was for the terminally ill and then I think the hospice ward for the prison where a serial killer named Joseph Kallinger died. Its very well known that Building F, E, 1, 5, D, and the underground tunnels are the most haunted places on the property. Well for some reason i decided to go in this time (and im by myself anytime I go exploring lol) and i caught this. The paint is peeling in the hall but that side of the hall had no chips of that size, honestly it wasnt even peeling at all. And I know for a fact nothing was there to even look like this shape. First picture is zoomed in and the second picture is the original.

Building D and E are the prison cells, i was in building D and something kept slamming. Every time I would walk to the cell it was coming from to see what it was it would stop. The only thing in them are two metal bed frames, a sink, a metal desk, and a toilet. I have a video of it happening but it wont let me post it on here.

I highly recommend anyone near the area to visit. Every time I go in I get an experience. First time up there I had to leave because something that happened freaked me out so much. There's videos on YouTube and more info on google about it if your interested in learning more of its history.
