May I present: Warlord Theta. Germany's first Jäger, a non-nuclear Mark IV for Allround with some extra weight in Coastal Defense, including naval combat. Stationed near the North Sea, Warlord Theta can quickly be deployed to fight any Kaiju coming from up there.
The lack of a reactor make him limited in the use of energy/heat weapons so his arsenal is filled otherwise. He bears 2 very large high speed torpedoes on the underside of his arms that can simply drop into the water. The hands and fingers are similar to the ones of Chaos Nemesis, with three agile claws. The fingers also sport a short barrel each to fire MBT-level 120mm shells on close to medium range.
The Conn-Pod is more of a flat disk, split in two parts on the horizontal axis. The lower one is the regular head that can move and where the pilots are in. The upper half or third (need to decide) can be turned and spun freely and is not limited in any degree so if a Kaiju tries to twist off the head, the upper layer will prevent that.
