Stuck in a catch 22
Entry level job in a small team.
Colleagues can't find the time to train me up unless I take on some more of the work but I can't take on the work unless I'm trained up.
To be honest the entire plan for me was badly thought out and while they are bringing in more people that are experienced they will also need trained to use internal systems.
Luckily I've got a new job lined up in a couple months but still sucks as I run out of work to be doing.
