Trying to figure an issue with a cigarette lighter plug.

It just stopped working, again .....

I had a blown fuse while back, once replaced it worked for months. Now it stopped working again.

I checked the fuse. That is fine. Checked for voltage on the fuse itself get 12v on both sides.

I found that there is known issue with ignition switch .......but if that's the cases would I be getting 12v at the fuse?

Where else would you look?

Any suggestions appreciated. Thx.
