I feel like I can barley do anything physical.

I've had Asthma since I was born as a result of being born almost 3 months premature. (Like 2.8 months I think.)

Spent most of my early life connected to a machine, and also spent most of my life with Doctors saying I'm probably going to die before I hit adulthood.

I'm 29 now, and I still feel the effects of my asthma although I haven't had a proper attack in almost 15 years. But doing anything physical has almost an immediate physical toll on me. I can barely do chores around the house whatsoever and it makes me feel awful.

I'm just getting frustrated about it. I've been dealing with this my whole life, but it still sucks. Does anybody have any advice?
