OK, so this one is a bit complicated.
About a week ago, I got an email (with the email I provided on the paper sheet) stating that my scores are ready, however it says that I don't have an account. When I check "Forgot E-Mail" it says my email is in fact, on the database, however it says that the email is NOT on the database when I click "Forgot Password". I will note, it says I have 2 emails on file, when I have no recollection of putting two emails, and the second email is registered to "...@EXAMPLE.ORG". I called the support line, and the automated robot said I had to just wait until I got my written scores. I don't really remember making an ACT account, but I do have an ACT Id (that I didn't even know I had until I emailed someone at school). Logically I should just wait, however I am getting a bit impatient. What to do?
