What optic is this? Looks interesting

We’re on vacation and my friends dog had these spots pop up yesterday. We don’t think they e gotten worse in 24hrs but it’s possible. She doesn’t show signs of pains when at rest, play, or when they are being touched but I’ve never seen anything like this before. We gave her half a Benadryl about an hr ago and are monitoring her. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
