New here, but I’ve spent a while trying different supplements and trimming things down to what actually feels useful.

I’m a 31 year old active male with a pretty balanced diet and lifestyle, trying to build an optimal stack for longevity and testosterone without going overboard or wasting money on stuff with little noticeable benefit.

Current stack:

  • (AM) GNC AMP Wheybolic Advanced Muscle Performance Protein – Coconut Caramel (trying this out as recommended)
  • (AM) Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Creatine Powder (5g)
  • (MIDDAY) D’Sense Psyllium Fiber Capsules
  • (AM) Nootropics Depot Tongkat Ali Capsules
  • (AM) Natgrown Ginseng + Ginkgo Extra Strength
  • (AM) Sports Research Vitamin D3 + K2
  • (PM) Nature Made High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate 200mg (new to this)
  • (PM) GNC Herbal Plus Ashwagandha 600mg
  • (PM) Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega Fish Oil

What used to be in stack:

  • Zinc
  • Iron
  • Turmeric
  • Isopure protein powder

What I'll probably get rid of once gone:

  • Nootropics Depot Tongkat Ali Capsules
  • Natgrown Ginseng + Ginkgo Extra Strength
