Upgrade to Business Class Question
This is the first time I am flying on Turkish Airlines and my DEN > IST flight has "No offer" under "Upgrade with miles" and "Pay to upgrade". When can I/should I expect to receive an offer? And what would it typically cost? I have credit card miles I would consider transferring for a business class upgrade. Thank you!
