I have 2 Pygmy goats, a male and a female. They are about 5 months old. My female has little horns. My male has little bumps under the skin and has had them for about 2 months. The vet checked them at their initial checkup about a month ago and said he will have horns, but nothing yet. Do they pop through the skin? Or could he just have those little buds?
