Hi! I’m looking for recs where there’s a really pitiful, down on his luck, rejected by the world ML who gets rescued by the FL, either literally and emotionally or just the latter. But not like, a lonely king that everyone wants to please but no one can get close because of trauma except the magical FL. An actual guy who has it rough and receives little to no help until the FL (often in the know because of being isekaid or something) comes and does in fact help him out of his miserable situation. The ML doesn’t have to then be obsessed with the FL, but it’s fine if that’s the case.
The only example I can think of is Ailette and Tezlid from the perks of being an s-class transmigrator (which I love for many reasons and highly recommend).
