Is it a good deal?

I used to do gaming and stuff 5 years back. Now i decided to build a budget friendly pc for casual gaming only.
Got ryzen 5 5600
and was looking for used gpus.
Many people would criticise but i bought used 1660 super for 9k. Idk if its fair or not but my only purpose is to play cs2 and valorant. And i am getting 250-400 fps in both

I already have a good PC. Now I am building my secondary PC. It has an old Ryzen 2400G and 16 GB RAM. Right now, CS2 is giving me 70–80 FPS. Should I upgrade to any of the above graphics cards and the processor to a Ryzen 5 5600? I only play Valorant and CS2. Please suggest whether I should go for pre-owned GPUs or new ones. Edit: Both the gpus are preowned
