I have been using the 3+ for about 18 months after a T2 diagnosis. Mostly it works well. This weekend, I had a "sensor failure" just before dinner on Sunday. It never recovered, so by Tuesday (yesterday) morning I started a new one. Tuesday's sensor made it 10 hours before an un-recoverable signal loss happened. I did all the things, bluetooth cycled, phone restarted, re-scan the sensor, nothing. SO I called support today and they said I did it all, and are replacing it.
Strange thing is: I tore the old one off, and applied a new one. An hour later it was working, but the app shows all the data from all day yesterday and today until I tore the "non-sommunicating" sensor off. Any ideas? Apparently it was sending data, but the app refused to restore the display? Happy to hear from anyone at Abbott about this if indeed they care. I had 2 sensor replacement requests in 2 days. Seems some issue here...
