Devy startup $25 12 teams SF TEP Sleeper
8 Devy players max. 2 years dues upfront in LeagueSafe. Startup draft will include Devy players. Devy player trading is allowed. IDP will be placeholder for Devy selections and are tracked on google sheet. Devy players will remain on taxi until in the NFL. Subsequent rookie drafts will include Devy, rookie and vets. Slow draft will start once league is full. Full rules in league note in Sleeper
