▲ 10 r/caloriedeficit
I've recently started a calorie deficit taking my height, weight, age, and gender into account. According to my calculations and multiple sources to be losing the least amount of weight possible I should be consuming around 1700 calories per day; this is also keeping in mind my daily cardio and standard activity. However after only a protein drink in the morning and pasta and veggies for lunch I have already hit my calorie limit. I know pasta can be high in calories but I assumed it would be okay if I ate a smaller portion. I'm genuinely struggling because this feels impossible. I feel as if eating any less would be starving myself. Please help.
