For 2nd year hostel,how roommates are decided?

Is it blindly on the basis of what we fill in the form?

Or there is some rule that only nearly same sgpa students are allotted same room.

I was told that if there is a large gap in sgpa of roomates then there are less chances for same room alottement....Like is it true?

And one more doubt: If my sgpa has increased after re-evaluation then what I have to fill in the form.I asked from warden ,he told that you have to fill what it is showing on portal but our great AKTU hasn't updated the portal after re-evaluation. If anybody has any idea please suggest....

How is BH-1 hostel for 2nd year ,is ajay cafe mess better than that of BH-2 mess and how's the cleanliness?Also is there any problem in sharing mess and all with seniors?

Should I take BH-1 or BH-2 for second year?
