Theres something wrong with my hips where i cant get my legs to go out to the side very far, like if i was trying to do a sidesplits. For example this position that hes doing here i cant really get to and its uncomfortable, especially if i brought those knees higher. It feels sore sort of, but deep in my glutes/outside area. I can touch my toes pretty easily and can do 9090s even where i can life up the behind legs in the 9090s so idk whats wrong. Please help. Thanks
