Global Frontiers is a Modded Earth SMP project where cooperation between players is the default, there are many mods aimed at making simple survival and progress much much harder and thus it promotes people specializing into certain professions ex. blacksmith, soldier, president, miner, mechanic etc.
We offer a largely realistic progression system that requires you to get steel and pump oil out of the ground first before moving onto weaponry such as guns, tanks, APC's or any other civilian vehicle. there's a set currency in the modpack that is meant to be used as currency but people are allowed to use anything to exchange value, this server will be largely left UNREGULATED, to allow for people to live as freely as they want.
Certain resources will be scarce however, oil and farmland in particular will be of great value and will certainly be fought over, civilization that cannot protect themselves from invasions, bombing raids etc. will be annihilated.
Also, Voice chat as well as other RP elements like Immersive melodies/alcoholic beverages will be involved, trade and travel will be made possible firstly via carts, horses, and wooden ships, and later on trucks, cars and airplanes.
