Built a tool that lets inspectors speak (not type) their field notes, and get a NACHI quality PDF report in 3 minutes.

It’s not canned comments or generic robotic slop. You upload past reports, the AI learns extracts your writing styles, phrases, etc, to sound like you. You can also set narrative lengths, set rules, and directly chat with the AI to help output the best results.

I built this as a young solo developer who sees home inspectors struggle with reliable software and report writing.
