I'm looking for Vietnamese recipes like egg rolls, dumplings, or spring rolls where you can sit down with all the ingredients and spend a long time just putting things together.

I'm visiting my parents for a week this summer and want an interactive activity that the 3 of us can do together. We are Vietnamese and I used to love making egg rolls with my grandma who died a few years ago. It would be nice to do something similar as a way to remember her and to bond as a family.
