hey everyone, just needing some support and assistance. I’ve applied to multiple school districts and it just seems like no one is getting back to me not even with a rejection, but I still see consistent postings for education assistant jobs. I’m extremely frustrated and just wanting to work I’ve been out of school for six months and still cannot land a job anywhere any support or advice would be greatly appreciated.
