I bought a used DS lite from Book-Off, I wanted to open it up to try to fix the L/R buttons. It was working just fine before hand.

Upon reassembly, it is giving me the white flashing only on the bottom screen (it was doing both at some point but went back to only the bottom again).

Looking up some videos, the most common advice I saw was to reseat the top screen ribbon cable, but this has not worked so far.

Any tips? Did I accidentally do more damage to my system?
