I just found out I’m pregnant a week ago I’m 6 weeks and 3 days based off my last period. I haven’t been able to sleep for over 2 weeks. I will fall asleep but then an hour later wake up and this cycle continues all night resulting in no more than 4 hours of sleep per night for the last 2 weeks. I’m sooo tired. Is this a normal symptom of pregnancy or is it something else causing it? Anyone have any advice on how to stay asleep through the night?

Update: probably should have mentioned this in my original post but I did have my first appointment with my doctor today and mentioned it to her and her suggestion was that we could raise the dose of a medication I’ve been on for years that helps with sleep and she says is safe during pregnancy but she also suggested we wait and see if it gets better so we didn’t raise it yet. Is there any natural things that help sleep during pregnancy?
