Hello. We bought a Maytag dryer from Lowe's and after a few loads noticed we'd have to start the cycle again because the clothes were still damp. Then we noticed this - black marks on the grate inside the tumbler. Is that normal after only a few uses? For context, the dryer is venting up the wall and out the side of the house in a duct installed by HVAC so I really don't think that's the issue. Also, we've noticed some loads are dry while others of similar size require two cycles.
