Hi I bought an item from New Zealand Greenstone Jewelry valued at $200 shipped to US on March 29, 2026 and not charged any tariffs. I bought some more New Zealand Greenstone Jewelery at $340 value on April 28, 2026 and shipped and arriving in early May 2026 and now charged being charged $51. I’m using DHL, but I didn’t pay tariffs in March. $34 + a DHL processing fee. I’m just confused why I didn’t have to pay in April 2026 but now being charged in May 2026
