I received my first replica — a VSF 126610LN from Andiot — and within a couple hours it was already losing time. A few days later it stopped completely. I was pretty bummed since it was my first rep.

I reached out to Andiot and he immediately put me in touch with one of his warranty repair guys.

The whole process was surprisingly smooth and professional:
• They sent me a prepaid shipping label right away.
• When the watch arrived, the tech sent me detailed photos of the problem (a loose plate had dislodged and was jamming the balance wheel).
• He repaired it quickly — I had the watch back in my hands within five days of him receiving it.
• The packaging when it came back was excellent.
Now that it’s back on my wrist, the watch is running beautifully. It’s gaining about 1 second every 2 days — basically perfect for a VS3235.

For my first replica experience, I couldn’t be happier. These are replicas, they aren’t perfect. We have quite a few TDs to choose from, but what makes all the difference is how they handle a problem when they pop us. I was thoroughly impressed with how Andiot handled it. When something went wrong, he made it right very quickly and professionally.

I’m quite happy I sent it to him and can’t say enough positive things about the experience. Communication and photos throughout the process were top notch. Diagnosed the issue, corrected it, and ran some additional tests for me. Speed was amazing (had the watch back on my wrist within 5 days of him receiving it). Return packaging was excellent.

I’ve had a gen Breitling repaired by the factory. Basically, it went into a communication hole for 3 months before I received it back. Vivek’s service was better in all regards. I highly recommend giving him a shot.
