User Ratings and Reviews
Been discussing with Apple for quite some bit, as the only review/rating on the App Store is from the app creator.
App Developer Support and the report a concern link on the only review listed has not gotten this issue looked at, as all the info given is contradictory to what is being seen.
Unless they are telling me wrong info and that really no one has actually posted a review or rating then, one would understand the one off rating.
But as footage from two users has been sent to apple outside of the testers/developers, that they try to leave a review it acts like it works but it never shows up.
Just looking for a way to get reviews and ratings, as looking for honest reviews so I can improve the app.
Is it against the rules, for me to generate a code for a user, and ask them to kindly supply a honest review on the app, in exchange for the app?
To me even a negative review that can be addressed helps.
