I’m a 27yr old male with high BP. 140/90. Was on 25mg Losartan - no change. Bumped up to 50mg Losartan - no change. Now on 50/12.5 mg Hyzaar.

For those that may have similar scenario - how is Hyzaar and did it work? Did a change in diet help as well?

Getting worried as meds don’t seem to be working. I’m 27 - this isn’t exactly normal.
