I’m trying to stay consistent with my fitness and fat loss goals, but man... once I sit on the couch after a long day, it feels impossible to put my kit on.

I know I’ll feel amazing 10 minutes into the ride, but sometimes the couch just wins lol. How do you guys force yourselves out when you’re mentally drained? Any simple tricks to stay disciplined?
