Can I have a 1:320 ANA titre with a dense fine speckled pattern and still have an autoimmune disease?
I got my blood tested and I ended up with 1:320 titre. I’ve had joint pain and accompanying symptoms for many years at this point but my rheumatologist says because it’s a dense fine speckled pattern, it rules out anything being wrong with me and won’t discuss further diagnosis’.
Does it actually rule it out?
