If you own a Mercedes do you take it to the dealership or a different auto shop for service A/service B?

My car is very well maintained with low mileage (14K), I always took it to the dealership but at this point I am getting pissed at both locations South and Airport Blvd.

Looking for an honest shop that won’t push me to replace the spark plugs on a car that only have 14K just because!!
