On Sunday my ever so lovely boyfriend accidentally glutened me. He really didn’t mean it and is beating himself up over it so please don’t be mean towards him. I’ve had new gluten symptoms and didn’t get a few of my regular ones not sure why and was wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen. New reactions even though the last time this happened when we first started dating I had my usual ones.
Normal reaction:
-GI upset with pain and diarrhea (now I’m more constipated with some diarrhea)
-extreme bloat (still bloated face and body, but not as bad on the body just face)
-pimples (got that this time)
-dermatitis on my finger and hands (not this time)
-stiff aching joints (worse than normal)
-feeling out of body( yup)
-exhausted (you know it)
-Sweats and shakes (just sweats)
New ones:
-pimples in my hair line?!
-lots of gas
-extreme irritability
-itching on my face
-cracking and burning in the corner of my mouth and up my lips as if extremely chapped
-swelling and itchy eyes
