Will including my recent startup on my patent and me as a founder help in the RFE? I stuck to an academic career path in my petition. The startup recently started during the filing. Does including a startup in the RFE carry any weight or lead to more questions? Although VCs have been engaged with the company discussing the technology, they have applied for non-dilutive funding( under review). So, fundraising is going on for now, and faculty tenure track interviews are progressing slowly. By the way, the recent vetting process rule ( April last week release) is giving RFEs for premium processing applications?
