I purchased a domain and 2 inboxes of Outlook. Completed all my technical set up checked through Lemlist DNS checker says that my MX, DMARC, Custom Tracking Domain and SMTP are all good.

But for the email test its stuck and its showin this on the inboxes saying that it has been rejected saying it wasn;t delivered to the recipent group and has been rejected by the recipent email provider, lemlist is using a gmail account for reciveing.

I similarly used a Gmail account and it everything got authenticated really fast.

Now my question is, is it because my domain and inbox of Microsoft365 are fresh which why its rejecting my email tests or what can be the issue here?
