This primer won’t budge after several days.
Either I was too far away or the can was borked but I threw these into 90% alcohol not too long after. Army painter matte black, half were matte half were shiny and they all came out chunky. I think it’s been at least three days and the alcohol has removed NOTHING even with gentle brushing. Anyone have any suggestions?
