2023 BMW 530e lemon

So i bought my 2023 530e new, had like 5 miles on it, after 2 weeks I had to bring it back to fix the high voltage battery cooling system, no big deal they kept the car and fixed it in two days.

A year later the keys randomly stopped working. I take it in they keep the car for a week, they end up swapping out both keys for brand new keys because supposedly the keys just disconnected themselves from the car on their own and had to be replaced

A year later (currently) car play stops working, can't get my phone or any other phone to connect, the answer key paired with the phone stopped working when the keys were swapped above. It was never fixed I didn't have time to wait last year and it seemed insignificant. So this year they fix the car play blame it on the phone, try to blame the smart key feature on the phone. I make them delete my device from Idrive and show me on their own device. Obviously this fails cause it's not the phone how could it have ever been the phone.

Fast forward they have had my car for 3 weeks now and can't figure it out tsara case open with BMW North America. Anybody have experience dealing with BMW on buy back? I would rather not get lawyers involved but this is my second car in 3 years with serious computer issues and right now I have 100k in cars that don't run with under 50k miles.
