So I’ve noticed some blue parts of my Apple Vision Pro charger. I’ve heard of something like this in the past being a fire hazard. Should I be worried?

So I’m planning on moving out on Tuesday to live with my partner, but I should let my parents know whether this is mold or not on my window. It’s been there for ages and even had people clean our windows today and these spots are still there. This is in the bathroom right above the shower area.
