Don’t know what to do with my hair

I’ve been growing my hair out for about 9 months now and I’ve reached a point where I really don’t know what to do with it. I like my hair long but I don’t like how it is right now and I’ve been told by a few people that I should do something with it. I use shampoo, conditioner, leave in and I’ve tried hair clay to style it but it hardly does anything. I have a long head shape and I would really appreciate some advice or recommendations about hairstyles/haircuts and what to do with it.

I'm planning my first solo trip, I'm going to Austria for 5 days and need some advice on my itinerary.

Day 1: Arrive Salzburg, settle in, explore the city

Day 2: Hallstatt day trip

Day 3: Innsbruck day trip

Day 4: Zell am See or Salzkammergut lakes

Day 5: Slow Salzburg day, fly home
