Quick question to those that use Wraiths in their lists

So I was looking at the assembly instructions for the Canoptek Wraiths and the loadout options they get.
What's the usual loadout option for them? I know for melee, they are mostly being equipped with the claws(especially since they are usually being assigned to Technomancers in lists), but what about the ranged options. Is it better to use Particle Caster or Beamer on them?

I have been seeing a lot of artist doing artworks of other franchises based on this comic panel of Invincible. I wonder if anyone did something similar, but with the named Phareons and Overlords, like Szarekh, Imotekh, Ammentar, Zhandrekh, Anrakyr and the others
