turns out amd software has a little thing called "video profile", and i had it on custom, with brightness at 100%. Guess it was never even used by anything but browsers. So if you have some problme with this, than your probably someone who sits on random app settings pushing buttons, and accidentaly did that. 😃
So i wanted to fix an issue with opera where i realised the reason it was making gaming performance worse was the fact that it was using D3D9, and gpu was using 3d cores instead of the video codec. Thing is, this introduced a bug where every single embedded video is like washed out white. and before saying its the chinese spywares fault, firefox does it too with hardware accel on. And i know, just turn hardware accel off, but i cant, because my igpu cant handle a 4k display. meaning ony my 4k tv, even a web1 page would be lagging like hell. Please help me fix this.
