Any advise on cutting back doorway

Hey guys!

Bought this house 3 years ago and have been remodeling a little at a time. Just finished the floors and decided to do all new trim/baseboard. I don’t know what to do with this entrance door. The door jam comes out about 3/4 past the drywall thus the doors trim stands about 3/4 away from the wall. Unnoticeable if it were just that, but the problem is there are two look out windows beside the double door entry and the doors trim sits on top of the windows casing.

My first thought was to pull the doors off and run the jambs through my table saw and cut 3/4 back, however then I realized the door hinges would need to be moved up and then the doors stopper wouldn’t align right.

My second thought is I could possible get a lumber yard to cut me 1.5 in thick casing, but then I think that would look weird with my 3/4 inch thick baseboard I’m going to put on.

Need some creative minds to chime in please.

Thanks!
