I am just over 3 weeks into my taper from Atenolol 100 mg to Losartan 50 mg. Down to 12.5 mg of Atenolol every other day - almost done. My heart rate, especially in the morning, is so high (86-99). Blood pressure is great. 120s/70s. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm just wondering how long it will take to adjust and have a normal heart rate again.

P. S. My Fitbit thinks I'm over training and pushing myself to hard. 😅
