My lining was 9.9 mm at my appointment after 10 days on estradiol (2 mg twice per day). My estradiol was ~87 pg/mL. I stayed on the same dose and today (14 days on estrogen) at the final lining check my lining became 9.2 mm with estradiol ~71 pg/mL. My RE is confident that we can move forward with the original schedule, but with an estradiol dose increased to 3 times per day. However, I am a bit concerned about the instability of my lining. Has anyone had a case like this and ended up being successful? I am also on Orilissa (for 2.5 months now). Thank you very much!
