I had a viewing in Adamstown six months ago (Avenlea).

I remember the prices of one of the new builds were listed at 550k, and the same has gone down to 535k now.

I see the ads being updated everywhere. It's not only this one property, most of their other builds are also listed at lower prices.

Any idea what has happened?
